TV Review: Wolfblood Season 2 Ep. 10 "Fall of The Wild" (2.10)

Catch Wolfblood Mondays and Tuesdays only on CBBC at 5pm.

I really enjoyed this episode. I think the writers have really listened to what the fans want and have included a lot more "mundane" episodes this season.

This episode features the wolfblood gang- Maddy, Rhydian Jana- and Shannon ,Tom and the rest of their class going on a school camping trip.

I liked the way they were free in the wild, but also constantly on the cautious side because of their wolfblood secret.

I also liked this episode because we got to see more of Tom's new friendship with Jimi and the other boys. I felt that this relationship had come out of nowhere but I kind of see where it is now.

Jimi has really shown some character development as he doesn't seem to care about Liam's theory about werewolves and would rather do what everyone else is doing. He was also a really good friend to Tom, asking him about his dyslexia and taking over the map for him and not making a big deal over it.

Review: Wolfblood Season 2 Episode 9 (2. 09) "Dances With Wolfbloods"

Catch brand new Wolfblood episodes every Monday and Tuesday at 5pm on CBBC

I think that I can honestly say that this episode was my favourite of the season so far.

1st reason I loved it : The mundane setting. I really loved how everything was normal and the episode didn't focus on the supernatural aspects of the show as much.

They spent a lot of time focusing more on Shannons character and the school setting rather than the Wolfbloods powers. I really enjoyed the way the episode was because I sometimes feel that it is good when a series breaks up its heavy action episodes with one a little more light hearted.

Louisa Burnham ( Twitter ) is just an amazing actress who really has captured Shannon is such a way that she makes Shannon feel so real. In this episode, I really liked that the show focused on her . After the events of the previous episode, Shannon is depressed and feels that without her research on the beast, her life has lost its previous meaning.

Then the boy, Adam, from the episode of the concert, returns. He finds Shannon on her own and asks her to sing with him and to go tot the dance with her. I really liked the Shannon we got to see here. She was instantly happy and she was able to sing and let some of herself shine through around him. I was also really happy that he treats her so nice and they are an adorable couple.

Wolfblood Season 2 Episode 8 "Desperate Measures"

Catch Wolfblood every Monday & Tuesday at 5pm on CBBC

The episode started off with a bang. The conflict is evident between Jana , Maddy and Shannon....could Jana be right about Shannon's evidence being dangerous.

Jimi's character was developed a bit, we got to see more of his devious and cunning side with the football tickets.

Wolfblood Season 2 Ep 7 "Top Dog" (2. 07)

Catch Wolfblood every Monday & Tuesday at 5pm on Cbbc

I really liked the way this episode was a little more mundane than we are used to. The episode took place entirely at school which was really interesting as it is not something we've seen before. The episode also didn't feature any outside paranormal activity.

I thought it was sad to see the rifts Maddy was forming with her friends, especially Shannon. Shannon and Maddy have always been the best for friends and while I do see why Shannon thinks the videos can be useful, I side with Maddy and think she should just delete them.

Also why was Shannon keeping the Owl from Maddys House in her locker? That was a little weird. I liked the relationship developed between Shannon and Jana- although it sometimes felt a bit like they were in a "lets hate on Maddy" club. Jana can be vulnerable but she can also be extremely violent and threatening. I think we seen both sides to her character in this episode. Hopefully Shannon will learn that Wolfbloods are dangerous creatures, even if Maddy is not, and that keeping the videos will only put her in more danger.

Tom in this episode was really confusing for me. He knew Shannon & Maddy were arguing and wanted to keep out of it because they're his friends...so instead he sides with Jimi ? If one of my friends were running for school representative, I would support them- NOT the school bully... anyways, since when is he such friends with Jimi ? He was really confusing in this episode.

The three Kay's were funny in this episode. I liked Kara's character in this episode and the way she ran for school representative ahead of her friends...I've never thought of her to be the leader of the Kays, I always thought Katrina would be, but maybe she is. I also thought it was so funny that she got the giant book to read at the end. Also  next episode sees a rift between the Kays so it looks very good.

Also people have been saying on the Internet that Mr Jeffries may have / gain some insight into the world of the Wolfbloods. Many are saying that he in fact is a wolfblood himself, while others say he may discover the secret. I'm curious to see if these rumours are in fact true!

Wolfblood Season 2 Episode 4 "Total Eclipse Of The Moon".

Woah Shannon can really sing. At first I thought it was going to be revealed that it was Jana singing, but I like this new dynamic of Shannons character. Poor Shannon, when she was singing and everyone was laughing at her. I really liked that Shannon was the main focus of the episode. I was so proud she could get back up on the stage.

Wolfblood : Season 2 Episode 1 "Leader Of The Pack".

Hello guys! Wow, I have not done a Tv Talk post in a very long time. I've been a little too busy in the past month or so to watch any of my TV shows, let alone write a Tv Talk post about them.

Monday saw the return of one of my favourite shows ever. Wolfblood. I know not a lot of you have probably heard of it but trust me, it is amazing. The show follows Maddy, a teenage Wolfblood (person who can transform into a wolf ) and her friends as they go through many of the regular teenage problems and also some supernatural ones.

The show is on Mondays on CBBC at 5pm.
